A terrace overlooking the Arno, near to the beautiful Ponte Vecchio, in the center of Florence. For 15 years this charming bistrot has been exalting Chianina meat (local cattle breed) certified Igp with its proposals. From Florentine T Bone steak to gourmets hamburger from creative tartares to the beloved Chianina beef sushi. Very disappointing since we we walked a long way for the supposed view and reputation of the restaurant. The menu choice was poor , and nothing more than a burger joint. I asked for mine well done, it was letón the pass , so the cheese had solidified. The burger bun was a stale roll. Dishes for the mains did not arrive togethr

We had a great experience at Lungarno 23. I highly recommend dining here. Our waiter Petero did a great job looking after 2 members of our group that were GF. Food in Florence is of a high standard and you won't go wrong at Lungaeno 23!

We had a wonderful dinner at Lungarno 23. Peter was friendly, attentive and helpful making suggestions for the table. Outside dining was pleasant and comfortable. Our favorite menu items were: the Chianina croquettes, the cheese starter with jams, and the filet.
