   Sela was an excellent server. Very attentive and friendly. Our food was delicious as always. The best clam chowder in the valley!

   Food was great. The only questionable item was the scallop skewer add on for my seafood Louie salad. I expected a skewer of 5 scallops, since I paid $12 for the add on-to an already $25 salad. Disappointed to get 3 small to medium size scallops laying on top of my salad, no skewer. Management came to table and said that they fly seafood in and that’s why only 3 smallish scallops…Acceptable? Non acceptable? You decide.

   Last minute decision to try Lure for the first time, based on a friend’s recommendation. We were pleasantly surprised by the extensive menu for both food and beverage even at lunch. Six of us shared two varieties of oysters, lightly fried pop rock shrimp & pan roasted clams to begin. All were excellent! We were pleased with entree choices (the sesame Ahi was a great value!) and thoroughly enjoyed the Raspberry Peach and Limoncello Spritzes. Perfect accompaniment for lunch on the patio!

   We made a reservation a week in advance for our family of 7 at this property for my birthday dinner last night on the first night of our trip. We love Lure in California and we were excited to find it in Scottsdale. Unfortunately our evening was far from satisfactory. We were seated on the small outdoor patio all the way in the corner right next to the machine that goes on really loud every time the door opens from the kitchen. We immediately asked if we could move inside as it was way too loud from the machine out there and not quite the atmosphere we had desired. We were offered bar seating only at two high tops so we'd have to our kids at a separate table because inside dinner tables were for reservations only and since we booked on open table it automatically had to stay outside. Our server kept forgetting about us way back in the back corner. My mom ordered an iced tea and he never brought it. Our check never came so I had to walk up to pay at the hostess stand. The server was not very apologetic when he found us trying to pay at the hostess stand. Overall the food was just ok but the lack of service and atmosphere was what ruined my birthday dinner. To say I am disappointed with this $300 birthday expense is an understatement.

   Great food with a wide variety. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and accommodated our request for table to watch NCAA basketball.

   Always a fun experience! Our server Anya was outstanding. Always around asking if you needed anything. The food is always fresh and delicious! I had the crab cakes (Anya’s suggestion) and my wife had the lobster ravioli. Both were excellent! Now I k ow why this restaurant is always super busy! Cheers!

   I brought a friend from out of town and we had HH fare. Wish we would have ordered from the regular menu. However Calamari and Rock Shrimp were good. But Crab cakes tasted a bit funky!' Still love Lure so I'll be back !

    Blue Point Oysters on the Half Shell, Crispy Fish Sandwich, New England Clam Chowder. All prepared perfectly. Service was exceptional. The best fish house in Arizona.
