   Great evening with wonderful food. We were a party of 10 so we were sat in the private dining area, which was perfect. It allowed us to have great conservation amongst each other. Crab cakes and seafood pasta were incredible. Amazing calamari and sushi. Loved all of it

   Waiter had zero personality but was nice. Food was bland at best. Way too expensive for food quality. Whitefish lettuce & red potatoes better be incredible for $34 & definitely was NOT. Ahi tuna with slaw & sushi rice was dry, dry , dry. It was all tasteless the bottle of wine & flourless choc cake were good

   The hostess was not really friendly. We had a reservation and she tried to seat us in an off dinning room next to a curtain by the noisy kitchen. The lobster risotto had too much cheese and not enough lobster. The NY steak was of low quality. I wouldn’t recommend dropping $130 for below average food and poorer service.

   We go to Lure several times a season and particularly love the Early Dining menu. The food has always been very consistently well prepared and served...except for last night, which was their last open night of the season. Calamari was over cooked and sparce. Salmon was overcooked and dry. Prices keep going up even during the season..glad they stopped the 3.99%service charge.

   We each had the Friday Perch Fish Fry. Portion was on the small side, particularly given the price. Breading was heavy. Nothing was piping hot, the French fries were hard and cold. Service was personable...when it was available. Ate at the bar. Bar appeared to be shorthanded. Had plans to go to their sister restaurant, Chop, but cancelled based on our experience at Lure. Won't be back.

   Bar opened at 4:30 and was swamped by 30 some people, almost all that had 5:00 reservations. Only one bartender to work all the drinks and happy hour foodies. Had to move our reservation to 5:30. The food special was whitefish, and was ordered blackened. Had to ask server several times where our food was, and when we finally received our food, the whitefish was burnt. Burnt so bad couldn't eat it. Looked like it was on the grill for days. Sorry, but will not go back there again.

   We had a lovely dinner at LURE! It was my mother’s birthday. We had asked for a round table for 6 and that is exactly what was set up. The food was fresh (fish) and delicious! Our server was really friendly, prompt, and seemed to like her job. Everyone had a nice dinner, and the deserts were fabulous THANK YOU!

    Cocktails had slim to no alcohol. Took forever to take our order. Soup was good. However main courses were terrible. Whoever filleted the walleye did a horrible job, tons of bones. My husband couldn’t take a bite of fish without a mouthful of bones. Lobster risotto was mediocre. Lobster itself was okay. Risotto was undercooked and crunchy with little flavor. Again took way too long to get our check and then to pay the bill.
