Pocha is short for Pojanmacha in Korea. The exact definition of Pojanmacha is "Tented Cart on Wheels" that serves street food with drinks. Over the years, pojanmacha has developed more into a brick and mortar style and has similar feel that of Japanese style Izakaya. It is an intimate but causal spot to share good food and drinks with friends. We focus on Asian fusion with a concentration on Korean food.

Good was great, but it is a communal space - so be prepared for it to be loud. Service was adequate but we had a disturbance with a couple next to us and management basically shrugged their shoulders.

Everything was great, but the counter seats we ate at are just too thin. MPocha’s menu works when all the plates are shared, and sharing is very difficult on the counters. If you sre more than 3 people, make sure to get a table.

Went to their NYE 6 course event, food was extremely disappointing for the money spent (~300 USD for 2). None of the items were flavorful. Some vegan options were sold out even when we opted for the vegan menu. This experience was hopefully a one off as we frequently visit this restaurant with no outstanding issues.

Sitting at the counter was a lot of fun. We really enjoyed watching the chefs cook up everyone’s food, but made it hard, as we wanted to order everything that was coming out. Great service! Brian, the Chef was a very friendly guy too. Will be going back again soon.
