   We were in town for the Catalina Marathon (10k/5k) and wanted a nice/healthy dinner before the race. We made a reservation earlier in the week, they were able to get us seated a few minutes earlier—the restaurant was quite full. Our party had the Tequila Shrimp Pasta, Chicken Parmesan and Arctic Char (Tuscan Style) and everyone enjoyed their meals. A fabulous place for a d special occasion dinner complete with drinks, dinner and dessert.

   Really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere (it’s the off season). Service was great - Joanna was super friendly and attentive! Food was well prepared and served well. Was also very tasty. The only reason for 4 stars were the quality of cocktails. Other than that everything was excellent. Definitely recommend.

   Beautiful restaurant and very romantic ! We sat outside with our pups in the candle lit brick courtyard with a gorgeous view of ocean and casino. Italian harp classics playing it was perfect for husbands birthday, the food was also delicious! We got the French onion soup and chicken Parmesan and chicken Caesar salad. Most romantic restaurant we have ever eaten at :) gets our highest reviews

   We went here on a Saturday night for our anniversary. The food is definitely good. My wife had the lasagna and I had the filet mignon both were cooked perfectly and very tasty. We wanted a table outside, but they had a limited number of heaters so not every table was near a heater and it does get a little cold in February. The noise level inside the restaurant is pretty high. It was difficult to have a conversation with my wife. The restaurant was very busy. The waiters were pacing up and down. This didn't make it a relaxing dining experience. Even in chaos you should be able to show calmness. I stated earlier we were celebrating our anniversary and we had stated this in our reservation. Some restaurants will reserve some of their best seats for people celebrating events, like birthdays, anniversaries, etc. that's not the case here. We were sat in a table next to the bar, which was even noisier. As an opportunity for improvement maybe set aside some of your better tables for parties that are celebrating special life events.  There was no acknowledgment by the wait staff of our celebration. Birthdays were being recognized at other tables so I don't know what happened here. We could've gone anywhere else but decided to come here because of the reviews and recommendations from locals. Unfortunately, we were disappointed overall.

   It was OK. Nothing to go outta your way for tho. My wife got the spaghetti bolognese and I got the lasagna. Meh. We tried to add a meatball or sausage but they didn’t offer that… we sat for 15 minutes before anyone came by. We were literally about to leave, but the waiter said he’d be back momentarily so we stayed for the marginal food and “barely there” service. 3 outta 5 is a “D”.

   We made a reservation for 8 people and we were seated on time. Drinks and food were good. Restaurant was busy and dinner took a little longer then expected. Overall a good dinning experience. We will go back for another dinner.
