Four of us had a wonderful dinner at Ma Maison-----foie gras, scallops, sweetbreads, ray, duck breast, chocolate soufflé and house pinot noir were exceptional----service was attentive but not obtrusive, ambiance is Parisian bistro with a pleasant buzz. Can't wait to return.

Pleasant environment, but we cared more about the food. Entrees were very good. Bisque was ok. Vegetables were overcooked and bland.

The staff and the ambiance was great. French onion soup was good. Veal chop was cooked nicely and tender. It seemed the entire dish including the veg was roasted in the oven on the dinner plate. Plate was “extremely” hot. Potatoes were dry and hard. Broccoli was like it would be cooked in the oven. I personally did not like the cream sauce that covered the steak. Kind of ruined it. The sauce was mixed with some thinly sliced carrot and I think some mushrooms. Very rich but tasteless. All in all the food was ok.

This is authentic Paris bistro at its best. Both in the dishes served, quality, intimate size, and attentive but not rushed service. A lovely evening in a cozy space with amazing food and unique French wines.
