Machu inició a través de un deseo muy profundo de cambiar las reglas del juego.
Creado en nuestras mentes e ideado desde nuestros corazones, se fue formando un proyecto que combina gastronomía, arte y ambiente en un equilibrio justo que nos permitió diseñar un lugar hermoso en donde se puede pasar un excelente momento acompañado de amigos, familiares o simplemente de uno mismo.
Machu busca ponderar a los pequeños productores, volviendo al origen de todo. Apoyamos los métodos de cultivos manuales con una minuciosa selección de los mejores ingredientes mexicanos, siempre intentando la menor intervención desde el productor a nuestra cocina, extendiendo la vida de cada producto a través de nuestras conservas, modificando el menú al ritmo de la naturaleza, entendiendo que cada temporada nos dará lo mejor de sí misma y es nuestro deber y privilegio poder hacerles llegar a sus platos cada uno de estos sabores.

Increíble cocina y platos muy originales que no pretenden imitar a la proteína animal, sino enaltecen los vegetales, nueces y frutos de una manera espectacular. Felicidades

Machu una grata sorpresa para quien gusta de los menús Vegetarianos. En esta ocasión pedimos casi todos los platillos en la carta y cada uno nos asombró más que el otro. Para mi gusto el platillo campeón fue la Berenjena , aunque el falso ceviche de coco así como el Humus de Betabel muy bien logrados. Buena coctelería y grato servicio. Gran lugar en la Roma
