   This is a wonderful delightful experience, the attention to detail is impeccable. The staff are so happy, knowledgeable and helpful. Recommend for any excuse to spoil yourself and friends.

   We went to the Diamond of the Season afternoon tea and it was a marvellous experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was enchanting and the service was excellent. A truly wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it. Going to look out for another themed afternoon tea at Mad Dogs and Englishman.

   came for afternoon tea for mother’s day where the theme was snow white. the tea rooms looked amazing with the way it had been decorated & all the staff were dressed up. there was so much food & all of it was lovely. i’ve been many times to different themes & it never disappoints

   Our experience was mixed, they were very good with meeting our dietary needs and adding an extra person, really accommodating, but we were never offered any tea and my daughter had to get up twice and go to the bar to get drinks which made it very disappointing for the price. We have been there before and had no problems, but would not be going back, it is a very competitive market and there are many other establishments to chose from

   Good afternoon Karon, We are sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your experience. We have looked into your booking. Tea or coffee was offered at the beginning of your sitting which was declined and an order of an iced latte and a diet coke was placed at 3:04pm (only four minutes in to your sitting). We are glad to hear that your dietary requirements were all catered for. We apologise if tea was not especially offered again throughout your sitting, due to it being Mother's Day it was an extremely busy sitting but our staff would have been over to take away your savoury stand and to bring your cakes and scones so upon request tea or tap water would have been brought straight over to your table.    Mother’s Day afternoon tea. Bridgerton themed afternoon tea was very nice, great food, excellent ambiance, attentive service. Only thing we could have done with would have been a bit more time at the table to have a drink after finishing the food.

   Good afternoon Jon, Thank you for comments, we are glad to hear that you enjoyed yourselves. Normally we would offer our customers the opportunity to reserve a table in our Piano Lounge to enjoy a cocktail after their afternoon tea but due to being Mother's Day we had an additional sitting of our afternoon tea in our Piano Lounge ,so were booked to capacity on this occasion. Should you come again please advise your waiting staff at the beginning of your sitting that you would like to stay and a table will be reserved for you. Best wishes

   Beautiful afternoon tea so much effort put into the theme quite expensive but happy for a special occasion and the Mother’s Day gift was a lovely bonus
