We had an incredible experience. Unfortunately we arrived late due to getting mixed up with the underground, but the host and waiter were incredible and took such good care of us! The experience was a highlight of our trip for our kids, the food was whimsical and delicious, absolutely everything was beyond our expectations.

Food was tasty and creatively presented, but service was inconsistent. The menu and items were not well explained, and we had three waiters over our tea experience and communication was poor. We had to flag them down ourselves several times. Service didn't meet our expectations; maybe it was a one-off day, but staffing was disjointed and this reflected poorly on our overall experience.

Overpriced, mediocre, underwhelmed. This was not worth half the cost. Service was atrocious… inattentive , rushed and uninformed. The food was meh at best. I didn’t want seconds. And there was very little savory offerings. Our server said nothing to us other than “So what tea do you want?” And “Will you write a review?” Be careful what you ask for! AVOID THIS PLACE! Go to tea at the Pan Pacific Hotel and experience what a real afternoon tea should be!
