Una cocina dedicada a la calidad del producto y al manejo optimo del mismo, haciendo presencia en cada uno de nuestros platillos
Generando un hotspot a una cocina franca sin pretensión, pero con realce culinario.

Una propuesta que viaja desde aperitivos españoles, conchas y pescas de cultivo del norte de nuestro país con preparaciones locales y orientales, cortes a baja temperatura y a la brasa, calidad High Choice. Sin dejar a un lado la oferta vegana creativa de nuestro chef, platillos como el faux foie de lenteja especiado, el canelón de calabacín con hongos y trufa o los noddles de alga kelp y mantequilla de nuez de la india dejan sin duda una sorpresa para nuestros invitados.

The service is great, that ambience was wonderful. It is loud so if you're looking for music and dining this would be it. Great place for cocktails I would imagine. However the food was horrible. The chef has a very heavy hand with salt, everything from the soup to the entree so salty it's almost inedible. The only way I could finish my salmon with my scraping off the potato puree that was so salty I felt like I was about to have a heart attack every time I took a bite. I didn't say anything about the food because there isn't a point.
