   Sad to say we won’t be coming back. Food was okay but the service was terrible. It took almost 2 hours to get our food and when it came out, it wasn’t hot and was overcooked. There was maybe one server covering all tables for the night and the cook staff seemed wildly understaffed too. The server was so kind and did everything she could to keep things moving along. Also said it was a Latin restaurant but there was only American food on the menu. Very poorly run and managed.

   Our waitress was unprepared and incapable of handling the section she was given. It felt like her first week waiting tables she was way over whelmed. The food came out as prepared not timed together. Most items we ordered were out of stock, no baked potatoes, no scallops, no sea bass.

   The server we had was excellent, she was very nice. The food was great and did not take that long to come out. The environment was peaceful. Definitely will come back again.

   We arrived at 12:00 for our reservation and they were closed :( Very disappointing. We had to scramble to find another lunch option, with our guest in tow.

   Horrible service. It took over 30 minutes to get a server and another 30 until our drinks arrived. Finally got appetizer but never did get to order dinner. Manager was no help. Decor is beautiful but too bad it’s being wasted.
