   Food was delicious and service was great! We had the Caprese salad as an appetizer and I love that they put enough basil on it for every bite. I had the angel hair pomodoro and it was so fresh and my daughter had the spaghetti with meatballs. It came with three decent size meatballs and she said they were wonderful. We had the tiramisu for dessert and it was so rich and creamy with the best taste! We will definitely be back!

   Excellent food in good portions. Service was quite attentive and took care to special needs. Bar service was of high-quality and also rapid . Absolutely on rotation for me. Richard watched over our every need.

   We have never had a poor meal or bad experience here. We bring family and friends here for special occasions and just for date nights. The service is great and the food is amazing in quality, quantity, and taste. We love the cannoli’s for dessert. We have tried the spicy rigatoni, chicken parm, eggplant parm, spaghetti and meatballs, seafood pasta, and fettuccine Alfredo. Every dish was delicious. Wine selection is very good as well. Atmosphere is warm and inviting and perfect for family gatherings. My husband is diabetic and requests vegetables as his side instead of pasta and he has always been accommodated. Once, they were out of the wine we wanted and the waiter suggested a different one, which was delicious. This place is amazing in atmosphere, service, and food quality. Love coming here.

   Very cold night but Rick the mgr & one of many talents, greeted us warmly & had our table set. As always our meal (lasagna) was perfect as was the Chianti The people of Canton GA & environs have a 5* dining facility @ the Etowah Mill at a very affordable family price point with a wonderful menu that can address everyone's palate There should be lines out the door waiting on a table every day

   We won’t be back! Calamari was so tough you could not eat it. Meatballs were cold, dry and hard! Chicken parm was ok! Best part of the meal was the bread but first 6 rolls are free and second set are $6.00! Service was not great with a waiter with no sense of urgency and no personality. Total bill was 250.00 for party of 4! Very over priced for below average food and service

   Great Valentines Day experience! Good food and ambiance. Only thing I wish they would get rid of the straws and bev naps. Brings the elevated experience down to “dive bar”.

   Service was good although our had to cover the bar as well as wait tables. I had the short rib ravioli and it was very good. My wife had the shrimp carbonara and wasn’t impressed. For $28 I expected more than 3 shrimp. The dish was mostly pasta.

   We chose to try this restaurant based on good Open Table reviews, despite very mixed reviews from other sources. There is definitely potential here but things were off. We were concerned to find the place more than half empty at 7 pm on a Saturday night. We started with the antipasti platter and while some items were good like the cheeses, the meats tasted old and the color and texture were off. They were out of two of the six or so red wines by the glass. The advertised “craft” cocktails were not inventive or fresh tasting. We split a chopped salad and it was perfectly fine though needing salt. The entrees were lasagna and shrimp carbonara. The portions were plentiful but the lasagna was lacking in flavors like garlic and Italian seasonings. The shrimp needed more seasoning as well although the pasta itself was cooked well. Overall, a mediocre experience that felt like it could and should have been better for the cost. Disappointing for sure. I hope the owners can reevaluate and turn things around.
