   the food was great. It was my wife's birthday and we don't regret coming here but it was unfortunate that my memo about the birthday got completely ignored. I reminded one of the waitresses and she reassured me that it would be taken care off but nothing happened. Additionally, the waitress that served us did not have a pleasing attitude as she did not care to do anything about it. Other than comments regarding the service from the waitresses, the overall experience was good.

   I had cassarecce, a pasta dish with short rib ragu mixed in, very filling. Partner had veal parm which is his go to all the time. Garlic spinach on the side & we shared an appetizer, calamari. All cooked very well & came out nice & hot. No complaints this visit.

   We were there for Valentine’s for the prefix menu at $85 each. Food was good but a bit pricey. It was noisy and cold by the bar area.

   I was really looking forward to a delicious Italian meal. The regular menu has some fantastic dishes (i.e. truffle pasta tossed in the cheese wheel, eggplant with Italian sauces and seasoning) and that was nowhere to be found on the Valentine’s Day menu. The Valentine’s Day menu was bland, limited, and downright overpriced ($85 for a salad, a cauliflower steak, and a chocolate panna cotta). Would happily go back for the regular menu (5/5 stars) but never again for Valentine’s Day. Service was good and ambience was nice but the Valentine’s Day menu left MUCH to be desired.

   This is my second time at this location and it wasn't a great experience. The Valentines Day Special didn't give a large variety of options. The server seemed as if he was waiting too many tables; to the point he asked my wife if she got our main course(which we didn't). The fish came out to the table and it was lukewarm and had a foul smell. After dinner, we ordered the dessert, and it took over 25 mins to get. I just asked the waiter for the check and left. Just wasn't worth over a $300 check!

   Restaurant was really pretty, good vibe. We wanted to sit by the window for the scenary, but was told that it was only reserved for larger groups. I did see some tables that sat for two. Otherwise, food was great and so were our waiters.

    My husband and I visited last night for NYC Restaurant Week, and it was incredible! We hadn’t been here since Valentine’s Day eight years ago, back when we were dating, and it’s still just as amazing. From the food to the drinks to the service, everything was perfect. The flavors were on point, the cocktails were delicious, and the staff made the experience so enjoyable. The ambiance was lovely and added to the magic of the evening. We’ll definitely be back again soon!
