The little French bistro you always wished was just around the corner is here. Maison Bleue is the brainchild of Sandy and John Vizzone, owners of The Hugh B&B, along with partner Executive Chef Anthony Depasquale.

Together, they have created a stylish—and delicious—interpretation of a classic French bistro. Like The Hugh, Maison Bleue is a perfect concoction of flair, verve, and intimacy.

We will also be announcing a New Year's Eve Special Menu very soon!

Food and service excellent. Room a little cold; fireplace not working. We did warm up a little after having a hot bowl of excellent French onion soup.

We loved dining at Madison Bleue which was recommended by a friend. We chose the early dining menu. We will be back to try the regular menu.

We dine in Cape May often at the better places such as The Ebbitt Room, Tisha’s, Washington Inn, Peter Shields and of course Maison Bleue. It’s hard to say which is the best but Maison Bleue is probably our favorite if I was perfectly honest. The food is definitely the best. Finely crafted, well presented, hot and cold as necessary and extremely flavorful. Anna was great as our server. Professional, well informed, attentive and friendly. Dorothy, I believe to be one of the owners, visited our table and wished us Happy New Year and is so pleasant. Pricing is in line for such quality food and service. I can’t express enough things about how good the food is as I think about it more and more. Just soooooooooo delicious. Thank You MBB!

Our second experience and just as outstanding as our first. Dorothy (Dottie) took care of us both times with just the right mix of professional and personality. The food is delicious. The Duck was amazing. We will return again and again!
