Maison de Lu was started in Ocean Springs in 2008. A small sandwich shop evolved into a town staple! Offering different menus for lunch and dinner allows appeal to anyone! We offer a beautiful courtyard dining experience (with heaters), a full service bar, and a lively indoor dining. Whether it's date night with that special someone or girl's night, we've got you covered!

Our lunch menu features unique salads, creative sandwiches, and fresh local seafood. Our dinner menu opens up to anything from steak to seafood! We are known for fresh fish, and specialty meats such as our New Zealand Lamb, veal chop, and brined pork chop! We encourage people to "get outside the box" when dining with us!

As always NYE will be a 4 course prix fixe menu yet to be created. We will NOT have the regular menu available this evening. This is always a favorite evening amongst our guests! Whether you're dining for the first time or the 100th we would love to see you! Our aimed price point as of now is $90-$100 per person plus tax and gratuity. This is our favorite restaurant in Ocean Springs . The food it great . They also have gluten free options for my equal half. We are always treated like family . Everyone stops to say hello . The service is above the norm . It’s really hard for us to dine anywhere else ! We love it ! Oh yea , the bartender Jose makes great drinks !

We always have a wonderful evening meeting friends for cocktails and dinner at MDL. Consistently excellent food, with exceptional fresh fish and the best steaks. The service is superb always. Jose, the craftsman/bartender, oversees an excellent bar too. Whether it’s lunch or dinner, you won’t be disappointed with this place 👏🤩

Thoroughly enjoyed our date night night! Both the food and service were fantastic. I do wish more restaurants, like this one, would wait until both people at the table are done to start clearing the plates. When they do this it adds a little bit of an unnecessary rush to the experience. I can understand if it’s a larger group or if the patrons are dragging on and being slow. But unless it’s absolutely necessary, clearing at once would make the experience much more enjoyable.

I’ve been to this restaurant at least seven times. Every single time I go there the food is consistently wonderful. The ambience is amazing and the owner never fails to stop by my table and say hello. Tonight, I had the pork chop, twice baked cauliflower, and beets. The evening was finished with a chocolate pot de creme. Every single bite was delicious. This is a ‘must try’ in Ocean Springs; be sure to make your reservations weeks ahead of time, as are always packed.!!
