Such an amazing evening for my 65th birthday !! The food was excellent and the service by Sinai was outstanding!! Some of the most innovative foods. A treasure!!!

Wow, incredible dinner. MAKE A RESERVATION as it can become crowded. This place offers an interesting take on Panama cuisine. If you are looking for something "easy", I wouldn't eat here (I saw another review that says the menu was too complicated, which just tells you that person is lazy). Probably better for adults, couples, groups rather than families/kids, but they do have a lot of options for kids. DO THE TASTING MENU. IT IS WORTH EVERY CENT.

Food was outstanding- every dish well crafted and offered a unique take. Outdoor dining area spacious and comfortable. Service needs some attention. The team service model wasn’t smooth, and at times we had to ask for attention. Pacing of dishes a little rushed.

My partner and I enjoyed the tasting menu at Maito. We also had the drink pairing. The food was flavorful, and the pairings were spot on! 10 out of 10!

Very impressed with the service and creativity of the dishes. Love the Panamanian - Asian influences of the food. One of our best meals in Panama. Ernesto was our server and he was great. We loved the amberjack tartare, the chicken soup, the chili bon wonton and the sea bass in a curry sauce.

Really great experience best meal we had in Panama City hands-down. I was expecting much smaller portions and higher prices, but it was actually quite reasonable. The strawberry and cream dessert is a must!!!
