Makers Social is perfect alternative date night, ladies' night out, or private party! Located in the heart of the Franklinton Arts District, Makers is an interactive DIY bar experience where locals can choose from dozens of awesome crafting, jewelry-making, woodworking, and genuine leather projects while enjoying our rare bourbon-tasting list & themed cocktails like “Moscow Tools” & “Screwdrivers”.
Choose from over 30 unique [beginner] DIY projects that take between 1-3 hours to complete while enjoying an awesome cocktail menu and bourbon list (mocktails available too). Kids are always welcome with adult supervision/assistance! We do not serve food, but guests are welcome to bring their own.

Waste of money on cocktails. We don’t think there was hardly if any alcohol. Materials were not available to properly finish my project so had to start over. Great concept.

The projects were fun, but pricey. The service was awful. We had to seek out our drinks every time. Not sure if they were short staffed but we probably won't be back just based on that.

We had an awesome time! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, the drinks were great, the crafts turned out even better than expected. Just a total 10/10 experience. Thanks for making my gf’s bday even more special!

We came from Grand Rapids MI for our anniversary and it was lovely, definitely a solid start to our vacation. Kay (K) was awesome! Staff was VERY attentive and they were there when we needed help!

Had so much fun! So many options of things to make and drinks were great. We will be back. (Gave the food 5 stars bc I could not complete the review without rating, although we did not have any food while we were there).

Maker’s Social never disappoints. The staff are wonderful, especially the new manager K, and their drinks are great. I didn’t have any of their snacks, but I’m sure those are just as good as everything else. All of that centered around the curated experience of a DIY craft make this a favorite date night spot for my wife and I. Great double date spot too, and friend date spot, and great for any grouping of people. Bob Ross on in the background just put the experience over the top. 14/10, would recommend.
