Cosy cabins were nice but not very cosy as were not very warm. Only 1 or 2 vegetarian options. Would never go again.

Mala is a cool venue , quirky deco bringing the outside in! Its in a great location not far from the AO arena so a good place to get a nice bit of grub pre concert portion sizes are just right price isnt to bad either! Drinks have a good selection and all the staff are lovely

I booked Mala for a birthday outing of 14 people. I was a little disappointed that despite contacting beforehand to query about seating arrangements, we were given a very small table which should really have only seated a maximum of 8 people; the table behind ours (of a very similar size) was booked for a party of 8 which looked much more ideal. It was slightly uncomfortable squeezing around the table, especially since we were all eating. The food and drinks were lovely and the waiters were helpful. However, a few items on the menu were unavailable which made the options limited. It was a bank holiday which may help to get explain this, but it wasn’t ideal since the majority of our party were vegetarians and were struggling to find something to order. Once we did order, the food was tasty and we did enjoy our meal. The atmosphere was great and it was a nice place to dine. I would visit again, but only in a smaller group; I wouldn’t say it was very well catered to larger parties.

Waited inside about 5 minutes until someone appeared, seemed to have no idea we booked. Got to the 'cosy' cabin and it was SO dirty: the floor, the disgusting unclean shag seats (in a restaurant--why??), the table... The menu had two options. It was only about 7:15pm! Tried to call in advance to ask what the restaurant had and there was never an answer. We left: no way were we sitting on dirty shag carpet seats to choose from two menu options. Avoid this place--definitely not as Instagram would have you believe 😠

Very limited availability of dishes at the majority of the food places. We ended up leaving after one drink as nothing was suitable or as advertised on social media
