   I took my mother to Mamey for her birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. Despite mentioning the occasion during the reservation, it wasn’t acknowledged at all. The service was practically nonexistent—our waiter made no effort to make us feel welcome, and while the restaurant manager made rounds to check in on other tables, ours was noticeably skipped. The food was average at best. The short rib tacos were the highlight, but they were small and didn’t feel like good value for the price. Overall, the experience lacked the hospitality and attention we expected for such a special occasion.

   We recently had lunch at Mamey restaurant during Miami spice month. I was pleasantly surprise the taquito appetizer was small but delicious, the short rib was excellent and the arroz con leche dessert was a crowd favorite. I had the meatball nonna and this dish was the only downside of the meal, it was flavorless and the sauce was too thick. I will definitely dine here again but will be careful as to what I order.

   Service was incredibly slow, even though restaurant was practically empty. One of the meals (meatballs) was brought to the table ice-cold. Another order of meatballs was perfectly hot. The order was correctly delivered (hot) after all the other diners had finished their entrees. Food was good but service in a nice restaurant like Mamey should never be so slow! Shame on them!

   Having been going to Mamey since it opened, I prefer their former menu. I was disappointed that their wine options have been greatly reduced. However, the food and service are still good.

   Took my mother for a birthday lunch. The food was delicious and worth the wait because service took a long time. The restaurant was not busy, so it was a bit confusing why it was taking so long. Overall it was a good experience, the food was delicious!

   Extremely disappointed- after having been when it first opened and enjoyed a wonderful menu - now it’s quite disheartening- the food was worst than mediocre- dessert was blah (arroz con leche) truly lacked flavor! Not worth the expense- never again!

    Experience was very underwhelming. I had heard great things about this restaurant and was so excited to try it. It took a while for a server to reach our table. Our food came cold. They took back our parmesean fries that were cold and soggy and once we got them back, they were still cold. Most of the food had no flavor. It was just very underwhelming, I expected with a new chef in the building to be blown away
