   Restaurant was not full but the service was not up to what would be expected. We were celebrating a birthday and they just brought the dessert out without singing even after we tried to surprise the person.

   Amazing food, great service and the ambiance was good for a Tuesday evening. Appetizers were excellent, the tacos are a must try. A little wet but worth the trip to wash you hands right after. The short rib was to die for. The meat had a nice crust on the outside all while encasing the softest most delicious meat imaginable. Will be returning to try their brunch service soon.

   Cannot fault the exceptional food taste and quality but the service was abysmally bad to non existent.

   I took my mother to Mamey for her birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. Despite mentioning the occasion during the reservation, it wasn’t acknowledged at all. The service was practically nonexistent—our waiter made no effort to make us feel welcome, and while the restaurant manager made rounds to check in on other tables, ours was noticeably skipped. The food was average at best. The short rib tacos were the highlight, but they were small and didn’t feel like good value for the price. Overall, the experience lacked the hospitality and attention we expected for such a special occasion.

   We recently had lunch at Mamey restaurant during Miami spice month. I was pleasantly surprise the taquito appetizer was small but delicious, the short rib was excellent and the arroz con leche dessert was a crowd favorite. I had the meatball nonna and this dish was the only downside of the meal, it was flavorless and the sauce was too thick. I will definitely dine here again but will be careful as to what I order.

   Service was incredibly slow, even though restaurant was practically empty. One of the meals (meatballs) was brought to the table ice-cold. Another order of meatballs was perfectly hot. The order was correctly delivered (hot) after all the other diners had finished their entrees. Food was good but service in a nice restaurant like Mamey should never be so slow! Shame on them!

   Having been going to Mamey since it opened, I prefer their former menu. I was disappointed that their wine options have been greatly reduced. However, the food and service are still good.

    Took my mother for a birthday lunch. The food was delicious and worth the wait because service took a long time. The restaurant was not busy, so it was a bit confusing why it was taking so long. Overall it was a good experience, the food was delicious!
