Located in the Arts District of Los Angeles, Manuela unites chef, farmer and artist to create an authentic and original dining experience. Under the direction of Executive Chef Kris Tominaga, the menu celebrates seasonal ingredients sourced from the best farms and producers in Southern California.

Serving a wide range of vegetables, grains, fish, and game, Manuela also features an exemplary bar program, which serves classic cocktails using house-made bitters and tonics. Local beers are on tap, while the carefully selected wine list is designed to pair with the smoke and acid at the heart of Manuela’s menu.

Designed by Los Angeles native Matt Winter and named for Manuela Wirth, the restaurant is illuminated and animated by specially commissioned works from artists Paul McCarthy, Mark Bradford and Raymond Pettibon.

Thank you for choosing to celebrate Thanksgiving with Manuela. We shall be offering a $90 prix fix menu ($45 for children 10 and under). We shall be offering vegan and vegetarian options, please inform us in your 'reservation requests' if this is required. We require a $50 deposit per reservation that will be credited to your final check during your visit. Please note the full party must be complete in order to be seated. Tables will be held for 15-minutes past the reservation time. A 4% service charge will be added to your check, all of which goes directly to our staff. If you would like to have this removed, kindly inform a member of staff. A 20% service charge will be added to all parties of 6 and above.

Ah, Manual LA, the hidden gem nestled in the vibrant art district where parking is a bit challenging ! Who doesn't love a limited-time weekend affair where reservations are as essential as your morning coffee? Trust me, you'll want to secure your spot in advance to avoid the dreaded waitlist of doom. As for the menu, prepare to be swept off your feet by the ocean trout tartare – it's a love letter to seafood that even Poseidon would approve of. The burrata is a creamy delight with delight cucumber that will make you question why you've ever eaten anything else. And then, there's the French toast, a carbohydrate devil that could easily moonlight as dessert. If you're someone who finds carbohydrates utterly captivating (and let's be honest, who isn't?), Manual LA is your carb-laden paradise.

It's always so good! Great location with so many interesting museums around. Great plane to meet friends staying downtown at hotels. The staff, good and ambiance are top notch.

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere. I had a hard time choosing the menu as I felt the food was a bit lacking in variety. The chardonnay wine they recommended was very good.
