Mar del Zur es un restaurante de comida de autor; creamos la cocina MexTai: una fusión de gastronomía mexicana y tailandesa. El mar del sur era el nombre como se conocía originalmente al Océano Pacífico. Fue descubierto hace 500 años y con esto se dieron los mayores cambios en el mundo formando así una gran ruta marítima que facilitó el comercio e intercambio entre continentes. Mar del Zur engloba los sabores de la ruta que recorría la Nao de China desde el sureste Asiático hasta México. El Chef Eduardo Palazuelos, hijo de la famosa banquetera Susana Palazuelos y dueño del restaurante Zibu en Acapulco Guerrero, ha sido galardonado con una serie de premios, entre ellos el Pochteca de Plata por la Secretaría de Turismo y en ambos restaurantes por tres años consecutivos, el más alto reconocimiento de calidad para empresas de lujo en México, el Five Diamond Award.

La verdad es que Mar del zur es calidad pura, cualquiera de los platillos que pida te cumple la expectativa y la supera, pero esta vez hubo algo mejor y fue el increíble servicio de Pablo y compañía.

Speisen und Getränke waren hervorragend, die Kombination mexikanischer und thailändischer Küche mit Gewürzen und Zutaten eine Gaumenfreude. Sehr lecker! Das Service lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Aufnahme der Bestellung dauerte 20 Minuten, wenn nicht länger, Speisen und Getränke wurden gemeinsam aufgenommen und kamen gemeinsam, ein absoluter No-Go in solchem Etablissement. Erster und zweiter Gang wurden gemeinsam serviert, leere Gläser verblieben über eine halbe Stunde am Tisch ohne Angebot für weiterer Produkte. Preis-Leistung kann als stimmig bewertet werden, man gab sich zumindest Mühe.

Daniel mesero y Orlando asistente, muy amables y nos dieron sugerencias del menus. La pasos muy bien. Primera vez que iba, lo unico que fallo fue que fue dificil encontrarlos. Google maps nos seguia mandando al BBVA de la plaza y llame y no contestaban..

Bueb lugar para comer. El Padthai, la ola de aguacate ambos muy buenos👌 de postre el Pavlova. Pero la verdad, esperaba más, no hay algo verdaderamente diferente al resto de restaurantes de Qro.
