Our short three day visit to knoxville tn FIREFLY Great! Breakfast was excellent Sweet cream pancakes the best ever. Lunch brisket burgers with sweet fries , Club sandwich Firefly was the best food ever had while traveling. My family enjoyed the food and service thank you for a great experience.

We booked a table there for a pre-graduation dinner and arrived on time. We were seated promptly, but the service was very slow and uneven, and the food was weak. Our meals came out at different times and even were improper in some cases. For example, the bacon macaroni and cheese didn't have any bacon in it... It was explained to us that there was another large table that came in, but we were only a table of four people and relatively easy to serve we thought. Nothing really went well with this meal from service to food to even getting the final bill.

Food was ok. I ordered the ribeye med rare which came out med well. I never send food back, so I ate it. Not a great cut either. Just mediocre. Only restaurant we could find with our time slot available. Much better values and options in Knoxville.

Food quality and service were very good but ambience is not great as you are almost sitting in the hotel hallway. We thought it was a little pricey for that combination.

We got the filet over what was supposed to be sweet potatoes but the presentation was ugly. Sweet potatoes looked more like charcoal but the flavor was okay. Salad had hardly any flavor and needed more dressing. Waitress was super sweet.

One of the best meals I’ve had in Knoxville. Shrimp and Grits were outstanding! Spiced just enough to leave you wanting more!

Was seated right next to the bar. Noise level so high could not hear each other speak Menu selection was limited. Service was fine Huge issue with parking- parking for 39 minutes was 30.00 more than my meal cost
