                                                                            The pizza was not as good as it normally is. Very soggy and wet and came out kind of cold. The prosciutto was extremely salty, and the arugula was not washed. Overall worst experience I’ve had at this location.

                                                                            Ambience was a bit antiseptic. We were expecting something a little warmer and inviting. We were seated immediately. We ordered salads and pizza. The salads were fresh and perfectly dressed. Pizza was very good but the crust was not as crisp as the ones we’ve have during previous visits. Service was excellent.

                                                                            Here’s a draft for your review: Disappointing Experience Marco’s Coal-Fired Pizza has been one of my favorite spots, but my recent visit was a letdown. We ordered two orders of focaccia bread to start, and both arrived cold—not a great first impression. Then, my Hell’s Kitchen pizza was missing sauce, cheese, and toppings on two entire slices, which was incredibly disappointing. This is not the quality I’ve come to expect from Marco’s. I hope this was just an off night, but it really took away from the experience.
