   We found the Market Steer to be a relaxing, enjoyable and wonderful experience. The serivice was personable and excellent. We ordered the Porterhouse steak and it was exactly medium pink as requested. The suggested wine, a French cabernet had the qualities of a Merlot-at $150, a perfect choice to celebrate a Birthday. The quality of the beef was tantilizing. We love mussels and the light wine butter sauce prompted one to dip a morsel of bread. The mussel taste was very good. I suggest a different supplier for a slightly larger size. The rennovation and decor was understated elegant and the lighting was well chosen. The noise was the only downside. Since the collective ambiance was pleasant and festive, we went with that. We are definitely return customers. Thank you for such an evening. Bon appetite ! JMiller

   Hands down my favorite restaurant in Santa Fe. It’s always amazing. The food and the service are incredible, plus they have a cool sommelier who’s really easy to talk to. If you’d rather haven’t gone, try it you won’t be disappointed.

   From the hostess desk, to the table, to the waiter helpers, to Ian our waiter, to the managers and of course the food was a lovely experience. It was my sisters birthday and first time visit…we have a concert. Thank you for a lovely experience.

    Beautiful space. Quiet room, perfect for a celebration or a romantic dinner. Food was great. Nice to see more than the usual steakhouse dishes.
