Mary Mahoney's Old French House serves lunch and dinner six days a week and offers a variety of appetizers including our famous Broiled Crab Claws, Fried Soft Shell Crabs, Charbroiled Oysters and Shrimp and Lump Crabmeat Seafood Gumbo. Signature dishes served at Mary Mahoney's Old French House include Queen Ixolib, Fresh Fish of the Day topped with Lump Crabmeat, Sisters of the Sea Au Gratin and Shrimp and Lump Crabmeat Melba.     Food was very good Annoyed that potatoes are no longer included and one must purchase them separately.This is a not so subtle price increase of several dollars Recently the price of fried shrimp was raised so this is another bump up

    Our food was amazing and so was the service! From the crab claws, steak and stuffed shrimp to the dessert, we were all pleased and left with full bellies!

    Food was not up to the standard that it use to be and I have been eating there for 25 years. Service was ok. Last 2 times food was not great.

    What an absolute beautiful dining experience on Thanksgiving Day and celebrating a 60th wedding anniversary. Seated in an enclosed patio under a grand old oak eating the best French cuisine. Our waitress Ali became family by the end of our meal and turned out to be from our hometown. Thank you, Mary Mahoney’s we shall return.

    Still the best fine dining experience the Mississippi Gulf Coast has to offer. Like I read on the menu, it’s the best New Orleans restaurant outside of New Orleans. Food, service, and ambience are all first class! You will not be disappointed, try anything and everything.
