Fantastic meal and service. Impressive selection of tapas made us feel like we were back in Spain. We would have liked to see the asparagus wrapped in ham or bacon, but no the less, it was well prepared. We would definitely go back again if in the area.

Service was good. The wine was good. Tapas were substandard. Paella tasted like it was made earlier in the day (with fresh shrimp and muscles added on.) Overall grade: C.

Competent hotel restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere (and the hotel itself is quite lovely), but the food has a few issues. Everything tasted good, but there was little inspiration in evidence, (which we all know is not unusual in hotel eateries). The least satisfying item was the mezas platter- there were far too little actual mezas on the plate in favor of a whole lot of bread. Now mind you, I love bread, and the grilled pita and slices of baguette served were delicious, but you don’t want to overload your patrons with bread. The salad and the grilled asparagus we ordered—both pretty good—helped to counter all the carbs. Our server was very busy but handled everything like a pro. Husband ordered a martini and liked it so much he got a second one. In all, would love for the kitchen to be allowed to use more imagination and put a little more heart into its offerings, and serve portions that deliver on the menu descriptions. After all, competence is nice as a starting point, but as something to build upon.

It was amazing but it took way to long to get a server! We left our table and sat at the bar just to get served

We've been there several times before. This time we didn't care for the menu change. Too many pork products. We don't eat pork..

Rude hostess, walked up to her saying I just can't today while handing the phone to another worker. Then our waitress would come and then disappear. Drinks were amazing. But then fish came raw to the tabel. Told the waitress when she finally came back and she was like ohhh that's not right. Looked at the table next to me and he had just sent his steak back too. Both us just raised our hands. Beautiful place but food was not cooked and poor service.

The worst meal I've had in my 8 years in New Mexico. Half the menu was "unavailable," a special was EYE of lamb which was delivered to me as: two small chops that were raw. The waiter was earnest but poorly trained - so sad for such a beautiful and historic hotel to have such a poor in-house restaurant.
