   I have booked a table for our anniversary (and mentioned it too) and we actually got the worst table just in front of the stairs. It wasn’t enjoyable. I’m a little disappointed ☹️

   I always enjoy coming to Masonmill and this time did not disappoint. My guests who had never been before, enjoyed themselves and their meals. They will, as I will be coming back again soon. Thanks Masonmill for once again great service, great food and great experience.

   We ve been here a few times and always had great meals but today two of our fish dishes were overcooked and dry and very disappointing I also feel the idea of not having table service for ordering is quite off putting although because we went early our meals were delivered quickly However wait staff were not watching what was needed for instance 2 of us had iced milk drinks with icecresm but no spoon delivered or in the cutlery container My friend asked for a spoon and had one brought to her - but waitress didn’t notice she’d delivered me a iced chocolate but didn’t bring me a spoon ??

   The setting is lovely however we found the service and some of the food to be a bit lacking. I wanted to enquire about adding two more guests to my reservation. I couldn't do this online without losing my table in the undercover area. I tried calling several times to see if I could amend my booking but couldn't get through. I messaged through this app and didn't receive a reply. When we arrived at the restaurant we were shown to our table and told where to get the cutlery and water but we weren't told that we had to order at the counter. We figured that out fairly quickly though. We weren't checked on at anytime during the meal and our plates were never cleared from the table. We ordered the Nourish Bowl, Chicken Ribs and Chicken Parmigiana. The Chicken Parmi was a bit of a let down but the rest of the food was ok. After our meal, we went for wonder through the garden, which was lovely, and then decided to have coffee and dessert. This time the service was much better and the young lasses serving were very pleasant.

   The Balcony looked great and we might have chosen that as the day was perfect weather-wise. The Alfresco area was our choice and with the blinds up offers a good view of the gardens

   Loved everything about this venue. Highly recommend the the fully undercover alfresco area especially with young kids.

    Excellent staff looking out for the customer. Had a booking for 11 and asked to be moved to a different free area. Staff were pleasant and polite and managed to accommodate. First class service from them all. Food good values and served promptly. A lovely location with loads to explore.
