   Everything was great! But if you’re looking for an intimate time with your dinner date, forget about it. It was so loud that I had a little tinnitus afterwards. Regardless, the staff was magnificent and the food was amazingly delicious!!! I recommend you give it a go.

   The bartender was great The food was fair for price Lobster sushi needs to be relooked at - tasteless besides the overpowering sauce - very disappointing execution Wedge salad was all bacon and more like a chopped salad with very little lettace , wilted and watery =odd Steak ok $$$ Butter cake ok and Hughe- not needed to be that large

   The Kobe beef Hot Stone was very delicious. We all had the 8oz filet which was good but compared to Flemings it let me down and the scalloped potatoes and white cheddar Mac and cheese had no flavor whatsoever, very bland. And finally we got seated in the corner where all the traffic is at and my chair kept getting bumped into every few minutes.

   This place never fails to amaze! Our servers were outstanding and even though they were extremely busy they did a great job continuing to check on us often . The only thing that was disappointing was that the busser forgot to bring us our bag of leftovers back and my husband was looking fwd to his bone in ribeye leftovers w mashed potatoes , and creamed spinach. Just means we will have to go back again ;)

   Used to be our favorite restaurant. Disappointed to find prime rib removed from the menu and specials. Surprised to be charged $5 for bread basket placed on our table without request. Additionally, $16 for butter waiter offered with meal. Feels deceitful not to fully disclose these things somewhere on the menu so guests have the option to make informed decisions. Seems with the raised prices on everything else, bread and butter could be provided gratis. It’s the principle. We won’t be back; too many other options that don’t leave us with same feeling.

    We’ve eaten at this particular Matros many times. While the employees were very nice, the service was very very slow. Appetizers we ordered were forgotten and never brought to us. And although they are a Landry select club, Landry’s does not include Mastros a part of Landry‘s select club. It seems Astros is losing its edge.
