   As always we had a great time. I know it may not make sense giving five stars for value however I believe they do put out an amazing product which is worth it . I am from Aspen co so everything. Is more there

   I would skip Easter Brunch if you're looking for a lively lunch/ family experience as advertised. We had to go up to the seafood tower twice just to get a basic plate, for a simple starter. In terms of a main course, we then had to go back and ask for them to cut from the new strip loin versus the ends that they wanted to pan off to us. Felt like it was, what can we get away with, versus what can we give to you for what you are paying for. I'm not tight, but if youre paying over $500 for 2 people for brunch (given theres a $135 wine in there) I'd still appreciate a little more in terms of service, quality & options - back to the Fairmont next year! ;-)

   I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Mastro’s City Hall for Easter, and I can’t recommend it enough! The service was impeccable—Chris was attentive, friendly, and ensured every detail was perfect. The food quality was outstanding, with a wide variety of excellent choices, from fresh seafood to delectable desserts. All of the choices were fresh even though they changed it up this year and did a brunch buffet. They constantly brought out fresh seafood for the towers, the carving station was a delight. The atmosphere was pure perfection with live music making it a truly memorable Easter celebration. Five stars without hesitation— Chris and Jeff and everyone we came across absolutely nailed it!

   This would be my second time dining here. The steak was horrible and salty. I'm starting to think that Texas roadhouse is a better option than these high priced steakhouse.

   We have been to Mastro's many times before, and we have always enjoyed it, but this time it wasn't as good. Our reservation was for 7:30pm and we arrived there about 15 minutes early. Unfortunately, we did not get seated until almost 7:50pm. The food was good, but the service was off. As an appetizer, I ordered the lobster bisque with a glass of the Collet Rose Champagne. I specifically asked for the glass to brought at the same time as the bisque. However, it wasn't until I was half way the bisque that I was told that the Collet had ran out. I was then offered a glass of a similar Champagne. I agreed to that, but again, to be brought over while I was still enjoying my bisque. Unfortunately, the glass made it after my bisque was completely gone. No apologies offered. We then ordered dinner. My son ordered french fries with his steak. He asked our waiter for salt. We finished our dinner, and the salt never came. When we asked our waiter what had happened to the salt, he just admitted to completely forgetting about it.So, I'm not sure we will be returning any time soon.

   I was excited to surprise my wife with a birthday experience at Mastro’s. We were seated in the back room by the windows. Makes you feel like you’re not apart of the restaurant. The wait staff was exceptional! But both my wife and I had the lobster bisque. And both of us later that evening and all day the following day had stomach issues. I was so disappointed as I was looking for an amazing experience. We spent a good amount of money and felt like we should have gone somewhere else as we battled too many bathroom visits 24 hours since dining at Maestro’s.
