   They refused to let me sit in the dining room because my friend and I were wearing caps. We were dressed nicely but apparently not fit for sitting in their dining room. The restaurant is located across the street from the Crypto Arena so this archaic policy makes no sense. How does wearing a cap interfere with the “dining experience” or ambiance? I’ll just take my business to Flemmings. Otherwise, the food was comparable to what you would find at high end steakhouse but at a premium. The drinks are really expensive but what you would expect at a place like this. Just not worth the hassle based on how we were treated.

   Too loud an dress code not enforced. People with hoodies hats an just not classy ambiance. Noise level tooo loud that comes with the crowd and worse yet the live music singer was off key and not the greatest. I have visited the mastros in Costa Mesa, Scottsdale and Thousand Oaks and this by far does not deliver on the experience I have had at these locations. Seem like this Mastros needs the revenue more than protecting its brand experience. Very disappointed.

   The hostess in the front made no eye contact, didn’t even greet us and the manager was next to her and it makes sense why , there’s no proper training. This is supposed to be a fine dinning restaurant and have terrible customer service . My sever was good , probably the only thing that’s was good. Over all I will be visiting the location in Beverly Hills , definitely a better and different experience there. .

   We went to the Mastro’s in Malibu last year and absolutely LOVED it. We decided it should be our annual anniversary dinner so we came here yesterday for our 1 year. SO disappointing. We were so excited and raving about it to others but I am never doing that again. Server was nice but not attentive at all and we were basically waiting all night to ask for things. We got the bone in rib eye medium rare and wow, it just came RARE. I’ve never gotten steak that rare before. It was extremely chewy, underseasoned, and just.. rare!! The meat was basically red. We couldn’t eat it so we sent it back and in our whole 1 year of dating, we’ve never sent food back. The bathroom also could have been cleaner and the live music was not great. So overall, I did not like the service, ambience, and food especially. We also had to pay $40 parking and it doesn’t even get validated! That’s terrible. Worse because it wasn’t even a decently good experience. I am still in shock over the steak we got. I definitely want to go back to the Malibu location to see if they’re better or if that one time we went was just a rare lucky instance. Either way I’m definitely not coming back to this location again. Very disappointing!

   Service was terrible, our server attended to us about 4 times within 2 hours and disappeared for 20 minutes during that time. Our food took a great while to come out, then came out barely warm, at that point dinner was ruined. We expected great service just like the Malibu location! I will not be returning to this location!!

   Really nice place... the service was amazing.it was my birthday and they made sure I was good they even printed my name on the menu it was a special touch that I loved. I absolutely love the live entertainment 😍 I will most definitely come back over and over.

   Reservation at 7:15, were seated at 8pm and no server came over for 10 minutes after. Table wasn’t set and a large pile of trash next to it. Extremely loud

   Decided to get a reservation for a nice Christmas dinner, the wait was long the service was very poor, asked for manager and they never came. Waited for almost an hour for food by that time I was full off bread.

    When we entered the restaurant, we waited for over 10 minutes before a server came to assist us. After placing our order, only two of our four water glasses were filled, one of which was only half full and without ice. The restaurant offers complimentary bread, but we never received any. Within 30 minutes of being seated, three other tables near us were seated, and all of them received bread while waiting for their food. However, even after we finished our main dishes, we still hadn’t received ours. When we politely asked the server about the bread, we were told, “I’ve already placed the order; someone will bring it to you soon.” I’ve never heard of needing to “order” complimentary bread and then wait for it. Meanwhile, I watched other tables that were seated after us receive their bread quickly. We asked about the bread four times, and each time, the server responded impatiently, saying it had been ordered and we needed to wait. When we finally decided to pay the bill and told the server we no longer wanted the bread, she sarcastically asked, “Is there a problem?” We ordered a 40-ounce tomahawk steak, three sides, and an appetizer, spending significantly more than many other tables. Receiving such poor service on Christmas Day was extremely disappointing. We were the only Asian table in the area, and I couldn’t help but wonder if we were being discriminated against. This experience left me deeply disappointed with the restaurant.
