    Our experience was amazing at Mastros! They printed “Happy Birthday Sarah” on our menu, which was an incredible and special touch! Our servers were incredible and always made sure we had water and cocktails. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked! We will definitely be back! Thank you for a very special experience!

    The evening was perfect. Christina was awesome and personable! She was attentive and met our every need. Food was excellent as always. Drinks made to perfection by the bartender! Overall a great experience and we highly recommend Mastro’s!!

    Service and food is good and up to the standard, no questions. The only con for us is the lighting is a little too dark. I can hardly see my husband face which is sitting across the table from me.

    I was very dissatisfied with temperature of my steak and the baked potato was only luke warm upon arrival to the table. Waiter quoted us a set price for lobster tail and when I received the bill it was triple the price. Service and quality isn’t what I was use to expecting from a high end steak house like Mastro’s.

    Restaurant is super loud. I wish it was more quiet. They also have babies crying and the workers don’t do anything about it. They have policies for clothes but they should have the same for kids. It interrupts the vibe of the restaurant and makes it less upscale.

    Everything was great for being our first time there. Just hoped that our waiter would have been a bit more personable and detailed. We felt forget for a while. Always had to wave down a buser to get us forks and knifes for our steaks. Overall great food and atmosphere.
