   I was recommended to try this restaurant, but unfortunately, the service and food fell short of my expectations, particularly given the high price of over $300. The waitress only provided us with bread and failed to return for our order, prompting us to ask another waitress after a 20-minute wait. Despite the restaurant being busy, the 30-minute wait for our food was excessive. When we inquired about our order, a waiter informed us that our table was not his responsibility, but rather that of our inattentive waitress. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, which was unpleasant. We didn't finish half of it and decided to get boxes to go. The experience was disappointing, especially given the price and the cold food. The macaroni was the only dish that remained hot. Overall, it was a really bad choice for a date.

   Fantastic dining experience. Service was great. The steaks were excellent. The aged bone in ribeye was incredibly flavorful, I highly recommend!

   Truly a 5-star experience. Mastro's provides an unparalleled dining experience. From the front door to the table, the staff are courteous and very accommodating. The decor was inviting. The live music filled every floor. Mastro's has an extensive wine collection for wine aficionados. This visit was for business. The seafood tower is a showstopper. You do have to customize, but the presentation and flavors from the sea are fantastic. Of course, you have to have steak. I ordered a 12 oz filet, medium rare. One of the best filets I have had. The sides are shareable. They can serve 3-5 persons per dish. Overall 5+ star experience. Will definitely visit again.

   The food was stupendous. The service was also very good. I would go back literally to have the same server if I knew what nights she worked. Erin was amazing! However, I think some of the other helpers brought out our main course way before we were done eating our appetizer course. That was a disappointment. Other than that the meal, ambiance and service were stellar quality. I would highly recommend this steak house.

   For our wedding anniversary, my wife and I decided to celebrate at Mastro’s Steakhouse, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch—attentive, professional, and just the right amount of friendly. We started with the Sautéed Shrimp, which were cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and bathed in a rich, buttery sauce that had us reaching for every last bite. It was the perfect way to kick off the meal. For the main course, my wife had the 8oz Filet, and I went for the 12oz Bone-In Filet. Both steaks were absolutely flawless—expertly cooked, juicy, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. The bone-in filet had that extra depth of flavor that made every bite worth savoring. We paired them with Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Sautéed Asparagus, both of which were prepared beautifully—simple, fresh, and full of flavor without being overly heavy. Just when we thought the night couldn’t get better, the restaurant surprised us with a complimentary dessert to celebrate our anniversary. It was a thoughtful and delicious touch that made the evening feel even more special. From start to finish, Mastro’s delivered on every level—fantastic food, impeccable service, and an ambiance perfect for a special occasion. It was the kind of meal that reminds you why a great steakhouse is always worth the splurge. We’ll definitely be back!

   We had such a beautiful experience at Mastro’s - SF. The service was impeccable. David provided the best service I’ve ever experienced while dining out. The manager came out to greet us & wish my boyfriend a happy birthday. The food was soooo good. The drinks were delicious & strong. The live music was such a beautiful touch. All in all, I’m beyond satisfied & will definitely visit again.

   In town on biz, firstly want to highlight that the service was exceptional. Matt the bar manager and Tiana were so welcoming and took care of our party. 5 stars. Then enjoyed a tailored dinner. Great vibe at the bar and at the dining table . Will repeat.

    my experience was very exquisite i love that fine dinning i had very good ombionce i really appreciated the waiter he just took a bit to long sometimes but there for the food was very excellent and the energy in the restaurant is outstanding.
