   Exceptional customer service. Great waitress, great ambiance. Assistant manager went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and provided outstanding customer service. Food is Pricey but, you get the equivalent quality of service and food to match. We’ll be returning soon!

   We had a party of 14 and everyone was very accommodating! There was always someone checking in if we needed anything and food came out in a timely matter even with our large party

   We have been to Mastros in Beverly Hills and Newport Beach. It was nice to try another one since we moved to San Diego and don't go as much as we used to. Beautiful restaurant. We happened to be staying a block away. Kansas City Strip with roasted bone marrow. Yum!

   I normally love Mastro’s - however my steak was overcooked and the butter cake was burnt - I was too tired to complain. On a better note, we had good service and the key lime martini was heavenly …it will promote a wonderful night’s sleep

   The service provided was excellent. However, the quality of the food was hit and miss. The steak was cooked to perfection but lacks flavor. The lobster Mac and cheese was way too soupy and hardly has any lobster. The king crab fried rice had very little king crab and is overly spiced with pepper. For the expensive price, I’ve had better meal elsewhere.

    Food and service were amazing during the meal. My wife saved half of her steak to bring home and they took it to box it up. When we got home, the steak wasn't in the box. Not sure what they did with it, but they said they were going to box it up for us.
