   Julian, Julian, Julian! You can never go wrong at Mastro's, and it's our choice for our annual holiday gathering, but Julian made it extra-special. Jut impeccable service and we were delighted to realize that he had served us last year. We will definitely ask for him going forward - friendly yet professional, very attentive without being intrusive. Kudos to Amanda at reception and John managing the front entrance as well - friendly, professional and attentive service. We felt like royalty! Thank you Mastro's.

   First time to Mastro’s good experience friendly staff and decent food. Can’t say it’s any different from a decent steak house but definetly can say I’ve been there now.

   We frequent Mastros often and usually have a 10/10 experience. This is our 3rd Christmas Day with them in addition to multiple visits throughout the year. Tonight however fell short. We had to wait 45 minutes for our table because they were behind on all reservations. One of the hostesses was extremely apologetic which we understood it was not her fault, but it was frustrating to feel like we were in the way while waiting and had to spend almost an hour of our Christmas evening and birthday waiting. We were lucky enough to grab a bar seat half way through our wait and the female bartender was less than friendly which added to the frustration of the evening. Once we finally got our table our waitress was sweet and she was trying her best but we did sit for over 30 mins without any interactions while wanting another drink. I write this review with honesty feedback in hopes to improve people experience next year. We do appreciate and thank you for being open and the entire staff for working on the holiday. We definitely will be back, and hope next time we get there service we are use to.

   Everything was wonderful, the hostess, waiter, busser, all 10/10. Unfortunately the table next to us had two children on their iPhones on games with the volume 10/10. One of the staff asked the parents if the kids could lower the phone volume and the parents were obnoxious and said absolutely not! Many tables were complaining but the parents were absolute in their resolution to allow everyone else to be put out. Unfortunate. Everything and everyone was wonderful but many tables had their celebration tainted by one family.

   Our waitress Val was amazing. So sweet and upbeat. She really made my Christmas dinner with my family great. The food was amazing. Steak that just melts in your mouth. And you can’t forget about the warm Butter cake……there are no words hahaha Also tonight they had live entertainment from a young lady with an incredible voice. Overall Mastros was awesome. For sure coming back very soon.
