   Great ambience and vibe with the music and view. Food was fine but just meh in terms of quality. Everything food and drink is spendy in Hawaii, so nothing really unique here in terms of price. Didn't hate it, but didn't love it.

   Kalua pork sando was delicious. Can’t beat the atmosphere with live music by the beach with some tasty beer.

   Great ambiance which made the place super inviting. The menu appeared to be good until the first five items we ordered were “out of stock”, including “staple items” for any brewery like root beer and fish tacos. Service was incredibly slow. Macadamia Crusted Mahi was undercooked. Chicken strips for kids tasted like dinosaur chicken nuggets from Costco. Avocado on salad was completely black and brown. Overall, the food was not worth the money and the slow service was the icing on the cake. We won’t go back any time soon, which is a shame because the place seemed so cool when we entered.

   Our appetizer never came and they didn’t tell us it was unavailable until after our main course was already served. The main course was a salad and it took more than 30 minutes to come out. The server did nothing and never checked in on us, he didn’t even deliver the food, but had no problem handing me the credit card machine suggesting a 24% tip.

   Unfortunately our server was having a rough time keeping up with tables and didn’t appear to have much help. It took 20 minutes for our table to get water and then another 10 to be greeted by our server and order a drink. She was clearly stressed and not prepared for the amount of tables she had. At times she felt very unorganized. She visited a table next to us no less than 6 times without even acknowledging we had been seated. It was very chaotic. As a result our order was a little messed up and we didn’t get a chance to order more drinks, etc.. The food and atmosphere were both great and I’d love to go back for a better service experience.

   The restaurant has a fun beach vibe as part of the Outrigger hotel. It was different than what we expected from a Brewing Co restaurant but once we adjusted our expectations it was fine. You can enter from the beach walk that connects to Whalers Village. Service was great. Food was great for a casual place.

    The truffle fries were delicious and the Mahi-Mahi was amazing. The prices were fair and parking was free. I was very impressed with the menu for what many people think is simply a beer and burger joint. I look forward to my next visit with friends.
