The food was fine…a typical Marriott experience, but the people were insanely gracious and truly shared tye Aloha spirit. Jannette and James are to be commended for their dedication to the customer experience. Also, the location is perfect and a great place to enjoy beautiful ocean views.

Great location to watch the sunset. However food was mediocre… all of us were disappointed at the over fried tater tots. The waitress did comp them after she saw our unfinished pile of tots. The ahi sashimi and gyoza were fine and the Brussels sprouts were probably the best thing we ate. Wine selection was fine but the ‘speciality cocktail’ my husband ordered (peach smash or something) tasted terrible, like something you’d get at a college party.

The a la carte menu on Open Table was not the same as the a la carte menu at the restaurant. We chose that restaurant because of a very picky teen and it was hard to pivot when items had changed. Normally we can handle it but didn’t want to deal with that for a Christmas dinner. In the end, he ordered off the kids menu. Food was okay to good - but it’s a hotel restaurant so wasn’t expecting amazing.

We had Christmas Eve dinner here with the family. Staff is friendly - we were seated right away and they had kids' menus & crayons for the kids. Overall - the food is freshly prepared and delicious. Some issues: steak was under cooked (we asked for medium rare, came out as rare). We added an item at the end of the meal and we waited a loooong time for the item, and they got the order wrong. We waited another 25 mins for the correct item to be brought out. It's the holiday season and the restaurant might've been understaffed/etc.
