   Everything was amazing! We had a great table in front of the front picture window, was asked for a drink & water (tap/bottle) order right away, which for me is what starts the experience. The hostess was lovely and friendly w a great smile and presented us w drink, food, wine & special menus. We had the pierogis for an appetizer and they were insanely delicious! Perfect portion for two people to share. 4 pierogis (smaller size) altogether. Then had the wedge salad and the kitchen kindly split it for us bc we told the server we were sharing it. The dressing was divine! Went on to share the picanha from the butchers cut menu and WHOA! It was incredibly tasty. Lots of flavor, cooked to spec and really enjoyable. There were options for sauces but for the first time I didn’t want one bc the flavor was so good. A desert was presented to us (kindly from the owner, Steven, who visited with us) - I’m not sure what it was but I couldn’t stop eating it! It was like an ice cream s’more and whoa just whoa! The server inquired about having enough time for anything else as we mentioned early on we were going to a show which I thought was very thoughtful and respectful. Brought us the check which was very reasonable and promptly took care of the payment. We were off and in our way in perfect time after a delightful experience! 10/10 recommend! Thank you for a wonderful experience! Bravo!

   Had a team lunch today for nine people. Great restaurant. I’ve been to many places that cannot handle large parties. Everything was flawless. Service, decor, food quality. All top notch. My only gripe is that it is expensive and some of the plate portions looked smaller than I expected them to be.

   For the price we paid, the meals were very average in quality. Steaks were overcooked on the temp requested. Everything is extra charges from sides to sauces. Really adds up. Appetizer portions are tiny.

   This is the place!!!! So I was back in town and was thinking about giving Feng another go when Max popped up on my radar!!! OMG!!! Feng, you need to step it up!!! Max Downtown is AMAZING!!!! From the moment you walk in , the dining and bar area are both very inviting! Tables are spaced well. And they are NOT afraid to put a single in a four topper! Server was on point and not afraid to express her opinion on menu items! Thank you!!! Your suggestions were awesome and I did enjoy my desert and battling to the center!!!! IYKYK! Ok sooo let's talk food! Two types of oysters. Very fresh and very tasty! Clams on the half! Large and very flavorful!! No down side here! Now let's talk about this pork belly app. Wow wow wow!!! Order it!!!!! You NEED it you WANT IT!!! Steak!!!!! Bone in Ribeye!!!! Need I say more. This blew Feng's away like ZERO comparison!!! Flavor was out of this world!!! Yummmmmy. I was very hesitant - I am a purest when it comes to steak but this was AMAZING!!! Folks, this place ROCKS and if I had a choice MAX or Feng, it's MAXMAXMAX!!!!! Two thumbs up and see you all in a few weeks!!!

   Food was delicious. Two of us ordered the pork chop and one ordered the fluke, which was outstanding. Service was excellent. We will be going back!

   Not the dining experience it used to be. We asked to order our appetizers and get more time to decide our entrees and were told no chef doesn’t like it that way.
