   We ordered a chicken starter and it came pink still and I was told it was veins but it wasn’t it was pink so sent it back and didn’t want a replacement, overall service was ok, I also tried to order the club sandwich and take something out of it and was told I couldn’t do that because the sandwich was already pre made and just heated up but they are charging nearly £20 for a sandwich that isn’t fresh, overall service was okay by food was a bit of a disappointment for the price.

   Good customer service, a good spot in Covent Garden for burgers & ribs - not expensive, a nice environment & suitable for groups.

   This was dinner before theatre so we really appreciated the very fast service. Easy to book, and the service was exemplary - very professional and friendly. I was initially worried that being upstairs, we would be neglected, but we had 2 very attentive servers who were terrific - thank you!

   It was so easy to book a table. The waitress was so lovely and polite. Nothing was to much trouble and the food was amazing. Definitely will be going again

   Great lunch time experience at Maxwells. Food was delicious and the service friendly and oh so efficient . Would advise booking as there was a que when we left. Would definitely go back.

    Overall service was really poor on this occasion, considering I asked for a gluten free menu, at no point were we asked if we had any allergies. There was water on the table (which we were happy with) however at no point were we asked if we wanted a drink. And then when my husband’s Meal came out wrong there was no apology nor did there seem any rush to bring a new Meal. The food itself was good and good value, such a shame service was a let down on this occasion.
