The restaurant accepted our booking and took my card details in case of cancellation, but when we arrived it was closed for a private event. This was disappointing, the staff didn't seem surprised or apologetic. We had to search for another restaurant but many were fully booked. If you require people to book and insist on their card details so you can charge them if they cancel, the courteous approach would be to update your booking system to prevent you from cancelling on them.

Was really nice to go out for a meal and have music and entertainment.. music was fantastic wish it was a bar with the music after restaurant hours! That would be fab!

Friday night had live music which made a change. Could get up and have a dance. Food was good (according to my friends) but my dish was swimming in sauce. Waitress pulled us for only tipping her £1.00, I stated that we had paid the service charge which was £40.00 (showing her the receipt) which came with a back handed comment 'well I've never worked here before so I didn't know that'. It left a bad taste in our mouths and we won't be returning. Service charge is optional and we paid it in full, however staff should not be pulling anyone who decides not to pay it. Better training is needed.

What an amazing evening we had. Excellent food and very pleasant and friendly staff. The atmosphere and ambiance was classic. I cant fault it. Will definitely be visiting again.

Had such a lovely evening here! We booked as a large group of 10 for a birthday and the staff were so accommodating as we had to previously cancel and had a few last minute cancellations in our party too on the day. Such a good atmosphere, so upbeat and really lively. Music playing loudly all night & we even danced and sang along with other tables. Would definitely recommend for a fun night!

Food is amazing but expensive for what it is. Entertainment is great. Without the entertainment the restaurant is nothing special. The 2 hour and 15 minute time slot wasn’t long enough and getting out of the restaurant was chaos trying to pass everybody waiting to be seated.

I was really disappointed- although the food was ok, it was expensive and service was not the best I appreciate it was a Turkish night the music was too loud to even have a conversation-
