   Unique, delicious, excellent service! The chef was out meeting, greeting… making folks feel very comfortable! We had the the lamb curry, kulfi, chai, bagel puri, Vada pau and the Raj kachori! Each item was perfect and uber delicious! Can’t recommend enough

   Another amazing experience at Maza Bistrot. I ordered the ravioli and my coworker got the mussels— both were beyond delicious. I travel to MX frequently and this is a must-go restaurant every time I am in town. Not only is the food good but the atmosphere is so relaxing after a long day of work, and both owners are extremely friendly every time. Thank you!

   If is always a good experience. Dinner has a great vibe, the music is ambient, creates a heightened sense of event without impeding conversation (I’ll know not to sit under the speaker next time.) Love the decor, how much style and drama comes from the look and array of super-scaled textural ceiling fixtures And I love lunch there, the way the dappled sun comes in through the gridded glass facade; the relaxing quiet of it. The owners are young, appealing and very gracious. The wine selection is invariably well-curated. And the food is always wonderful. The puffed rice salad happens to be one of the most inventive and delicious I’ve had in CDMX. And the mains and bistros plates are equally wonderful, and all shareable. I’m happy that many more people are discovering it as I did. This restaurant deserves a place high on Mexico City’s ‘must-try’ list.

   The owners of Maza Bistrot at all times made sure guests were taken care of. The food was impeccable, every single dish had a star element. The ambience was warm and pleasant, I was able to read my book throughout and enjoy moments of observing. One of the owners saw my birthday bookmark and I was gifted a free desert. It was a very sweet gesture. At no point did I feel rushed and by the end had a wonderful night and memory to look back on.

   Una deliciosa y original fusión franco-india que superó nuestras expectativas. Nada parecido a lo que hemos probado, como los escargots con especias orientales. además de recetas populares y criollas de la India. La atención personalizada de los dos chefs le pone un extra de aprendizaje para quienes no estamos familiarizados con la comida india. Un lugar para regresar y seguir explorando la carta.

   Nos atendió directamente el dueño y su esposa. El hindú y ella francesa. La comida es espectacular es una fusión francesa hindú. Fui con un grupo de amigas y todas estuvimos encantadas con la atención de los dueños y con el sabor y calidad de sus platillos.
