    Tuna in tartar appetizer had gone bad. 3 people in our party became ill within an hour of eating. Steaks were cooked well but flavor was lacking, Au poivre was salty. Tower other than tuna was great. Service was above average, but at 2 hours without check, exceeded my preference. Gumbo served without rice, twice. Could have been a 4-5 star experience, but too much went poorly for the cost.

    We were some of the first to arrive for an early dinner before Andrea Bocelli. Regardless of the 2 phone calls from the restaurant to confirm our arrival, our table wasn't ready when we arrived! Service started out great. But as the restaurant started filling up, it started tapering off. Tea glasses sat empty for a while before they were refilled. Food arrived in "just ok" timing. We ate, my fish had bones and scales mixed in with the lump crab meat topping. Another of our party had no accompaniment of sauces for their plate, mainly the asparagus when she asked for it. Another parties Gumbo was not "hot" as normally experienced at other restaurants. The waiter was scarce to even mention it to (hence the empty tea glasses). We finally got to order dessert..........The cappuccino was BARELY WARM. The upside-down apple pie was room temp and the ice cream on the plate was literally half melted. So the pie was in cream soup. I never write reviews but I'm glad you requested one!!! This horrible service, food and dining experience shouldn't go unnoticed.

    I had the Halibut, it did not taste fresh. It was very fishy tasting. Overall experience was fine.

    The customer service exceeded our expectations, truly exceptional from start to finish. It was my parents' first time visiting, and the warmth and attentiveness of the staff made a lasting impression. We are already looking forward to our next visit and the opportunity to enjoy the same high standard of service again.
