   The waiter, Harold, was nice he tried to be funny but he wasn’t very knowledgeable about the menu. For every question he had “to go check.” One of our glasses came to the table with 2 cracks in it. When we alerted a different server he brought another glass to the table and offered to pour the drink in a new glass instead of making a whole new drink. When told one of the water glasses had something floating in it he never even offered to bring out a new one. I ordered scampi grilled oysters and I received Parmesan after I specifically said I didn’t want any cheese, also, they forgot to make them so I had them with dinner instead of an appetizer. The restaurant was unreasonably cold. Several customers complained. One lady from another party called a manager and they finally turned the air conditioning off. We didn’t get bread until after our appetizers were out. They were out of the seasonal vegetables so I ordered the Brussels sprouts, when I received them I noticed they had something other than just the sprouts, again when asked how they were cooked the waiter didn’t know. We found out they are prepared with prosciutto and I don’t eat meat. Since they were tossed on top of my mashed potatoes, I couldn’t eat those either. Needless to say I am disappointed. There were 6 in my party, we were celebrating a 31 year career retirement from the military. Maybe it was an off night or late night but this was extremely disappointing.

   Always great seafood and served perfectly. I get tired of Salmon but it was part of a pris menu and I had eaten earlier. I was not disappointed. After a great appetizer (shrimp wrapped in bacon) a real clam chowder the meal size was exactly what I needed. Our server was efficient and friendly and even our seating host dropped by to ensure we were happy. It was St. Patrick weekend so the sound was a bit however it was nice to see people dressed up in a very nice restaurant. I’ll return when it’s a bit warmer to enjoy the great view of the Potomac.

   They ran out of multiple food items and had limited options for lunch. Server was nice but not sure if I will visit here again.

   Sunday evening dinner and desert was on point. The stuff salmon and lobster mashed potatoes were delicious. Definitely my NEW favorite go to meal @ M&S.

    Server and Waiter was excellent and extremely knowledgeable and professional! Food was adequate adult portion and extremely tasteful! Will definitely be back.
