   service was okay. the server was paying more attention to the other tables. I suppose I was expecting more being that it was a “high end” restaurant. We ordered the grilled octopus, which was delicious. We also ordered the bone marrow, which barely had any filling in it so that was disappointing. We ordered, the duck, meat trio and lobster. The meat trio was disappointing, given that it’s a steakhouse, we were expecting to be impressed, especially because was 75$. There were no flavor. The duck and lobster was good. We had the lobster mashed and brussel sprouts. There were barely any lobster in the mashed. The Brussels were good for what it was. We were celebrating my birthday and so was everyone else around us. We ordered the sampler dessert, the server forgot that it was my birthday. It wasn’t a big deal but if you’re spending 400$ on dinner for 2 people, a little acknowledgment goes a long way.

   Ana and I had an amazing time. The service was prompt, the food was fantastic, and the vibe was warm and romantic. It's our favorite go to restaurant in Tampa.

   We had an amazing experience at the Meat Market last night! The concept is exceptional, offering a unique dining experience. From the beautifully designed interior to the stunning exterior decor, every detail is thoughtfully executed. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was impeccable. What stood out the most was the incredible ambiance, making it perfect for any occasion. I can’t wait to return!

   Food was great, drinks and service were good as well. Reservation’s recommended as wait gets a little crazy- only issue is the noise level gets really loud and it’s sometimes hard to hear the people at your table.

   Saturday afternoon the place was packed. Reservations are a must. Ours was at 1:00. We arrived promptly and were seated right away. Service was excellent…..attentive but not excessively. The food and cocktails excellent. And great value for all we had. I highly recommend! Also thankful for the great valet Parking.

   The best thing that this restaurant has is it’s location and ambiance. It speaks to the younger crowd and they certainly enjoy it. Food quality is just okay, nothing that will leave you saying wow! Our group all had steaks and they were just decent. According to the server the chef recommended my steak be cooked at medium and it tasted just as I thought it would…overcooked. Sides and appetizers were also just okay with the exception of the scalloped potatoes. They were really good. Service was subpar for a restaurant that holds itself so highly. Our server messed up our order twice. First with the appetizers and then second with our sides. There were two twice baked potatoes order and we only received one baked potato. What’s worse, when I questioned it she argued with me! Trying to convince me it was a twice baked potato. Shockingly after I pressed her on it two actual twice baked potatoes arrived. In summary if you want an okay restaurant with great people and ambiance then go here. Just don’t expect amazing food for the high prices and service is hit or miss. I say this because we’ve been before and service was decent.
