                                                      Many patrons who booked reservatioms were left virtually stranded when the reservation that was made was not honored. The hostess’s were unable to provide any solutions. I understand a busy holiday night and all that comes with it but this was just plain false advertising and may have ruined someone’s Christmas. The restaurant is beautiful and has an amazing menu but be careful not to book on holidays or event nights.

                                                      After ordering the steaks, it took over an hour to actually arrive. Crème brûlée was basically pudding, as it wasn’t crispy on top. Not worth what we paid.

We had a table of 6 next to us and the back of one of the chairs at the table was against our table leaving only one way for the person at the back of our table to get out. Our waiter was over booked as he had too many large tables to handle leaving us to be ignored
