   The food was good, the issue was service. My filet mignon did not come in the temperature that I desired, and when I asked for it to get cooked furthermore, my waitress acted condescending, saying "if you did not know, filet mignons are thicker in size so it is usually this red on the inside but I can send it back if you ask me to." She then looked at my friend with an annoyed expression expecting her to have something to say too. After that interaction, we could not help but feel uncomfortable with her as our waitress and it ruined our entire experience. I have eaten steak at restaurants before and I have never gotten a medium rare filet mignon as red as it was this time.

   Très très déçus Service : un accueil interminable à l'arrivée - La serveuse de notre table n'est jamais venue. Un autre serveur a fini par s'occuper de nous. Temps attente entre les plats trop longs. Restauration : plutôt bon mais rien d'exceptionnel. Pour l'un des convives, une bavette avec un gros nerf pas du tout agréable Ambiance : très bruyante et fancy (mais pas pour nous). Des serveurs s'asseyaient à la table de clients qu'ils devaient connaitre, le chef est passé voir une table à côté de nous ... Bref, un service peu attentionné pour un restaurant que nous n'avons pas trouvé très bon. Dommage. Je ne recommande pas.

   Nice atmosphere and decor. Good value for money. Fish and chips were to die for as well as the dumplings and calamari.

   If you order something simple, then you’re good to go, but I wouldn’t order something expensive or complex. Took 20 min for sometime to take our order and about 40 min to receive our main course.

   Amazing food, the caramelized vegetables were wonderful surprise. Great hospitality. Friendly service. Everyone went out of their way to make this tourist feel welcome.

   We were a table of six. 4 of us from Montreal 2 from NYC Manhattan Mixed reviews on the food Nothing was bad nothing was great. Ambience decor lighting was very good Service was below average. Maybe a new person and learning but definitely subpar from all of our perspectives. The waitress just didn’t know customer service and was definitely indifferent about service. For a resto in old MTL and attached to a hotel we all expected more. Too many things through out the night that simply showed the lack of customer service Would not go back since the food was OK the ambiance was good the pricing wasn’t inexpensive but it’s Old MTL hence if the service was bad then spend your money and time eating elsewhere

    It was my birthday and the staff ensured that my experience was phenomenal! The wine, appetizers, and meals were perfect!!! The ambiance was amazing and I had the best birthday! They even brought me a birthday surprise of cute pastries. I will return and recommend this experience to everyone.
