   Had a really good experience, food was great as was the atmosphere and service. Bit pricey, but not extortionate. Quality of food was very good, would definitely recommend. Have been here a few times and it never disappoints!

   Lovely, lively place with a queue for tables, which is great to see. Outstanding brunch all day and great coffee. Service is effective but not superb, but this isn’t fine dining joint! Highly recommended

   Disappointed. Salt beef sandwich had no salt beef in it , bread was doughy and claggy . £9.00 for a sandwich with one slice of pastrami . One cramped unisex toilet for the whole restaurant not acceptable either .

   Lovely food and staff, always. One toilet up steep stairs and being tiny is not ideal for a food establishment of that size.

   Normally excellent food prep but disappointed this time with French toast with bacon & maple syrup. French Toast was quite charred, bacon was over cooked and tastes like it had been standing in a warming plate, also the maple syrup was more like golden syrup and quite sparse in application. Would’ve been better to have had a small jug to pour. This is the first ever disappointing experience I’ve had here. The French toast with Greek yogurt, honey and caramelised banana is what I’d normally choose and agin, rather disappointingly this has been removed from the menu. Left felt rather underwhelmed today. Maybe it was a ‘one-off’?

   Lovely venue with gorgeous food. It was very busy, and although we had a booking, it took about 30 minutes for us to be seated. However, the service and food were great and we did not feel rushed when we were at our table. We came back the next day to buy takeout pastries which were also delicious.

    The food was great. The service was reasonable. It is incredibly noisy, and at times so noisy that it was impossible to have a conversation. This is due to a high ceiling and nothing that could absorb any sound. Having said that it was still enjoyable.
