We offer a quality dining experience and superior customer service. We are open for breakfast daily from 8:00 am and serve breakfast items on the lunch menu until 4:00 pm. Dinner service begins at 4:00 pm and ends at 9:00 pm, bar service till 2:00 am.

My husband and family were there for a 47th wedding anniversary and there was a company event going on in the bar area and we were seated right next to it. The noise level was so loud we could barely talk amongst ourselves. Our reservation was at 6 PM and there was only one waiter at the time, so the service was just OK because he was waiting on other tables. I do not know why they did not seat us on the other side (where there were lots of open tables) in the restaurant to avoid the noise because there were not that many people eating at that time.

Used to be good quality food for a decent price with good service. Now the food seems to be mediocre, the prices are way too high, and the service is below average. Used to really like eating here but after this last experience won’t be going back, at least not for dinner.

The service was good and they reserved the only “outdoor” table for us as soon as I booked the reservation. It was a nice dinner!

Food orders were wrong and not timely. Steak was not cooked well at all. No beef on nachos. Not a great dining experience. We go to Banff a lot but will not be returning to Melissa’s MisSteak. It was a mistake to go there.

The prime rib was overcooked and not very special. I had high expectations because this is supposedly one of the top three restaurants in Banff but we were all disappointed. The servers are great but the food leaves a lot to be desired. The terrible wine list didn’t help. The French Onion Soup was a disaster, although it was served very quickly. The calamari was ok but not great. Overall we can’t recommend.
