    Just a fantastic experience overall. There is nothing that I would change. My Manhattan cocktail was one of the best that I've ever had, as was my chicken potpie. The Brussel sprouts were another highlight. And, my dinning guest had the pasta and it also was very good.

    Overall a good experience as before. Always love dining at Melvyn's. Was surprised to see a 5% wellness surcharge automatically added to the check. Have not seen that anywhere else in PS. Also, would prefer if they went back to their old dress code. Did not enjoy seeing men in cut off denim shorts and sleeveless t-shirts for dinner on a special occasion

    Great service. Interesting venue and history. Theatrical flaming preparations at table (steak Diane, bananas Foster, cherries jubilee). Great deviled eggs. Perfect for a celebration. Excellent wine list. Seafood comes only with beurre blanc (unless you ask for one of the steak sauces on the side).

    I was really looking forward to dining here especially given the nostalgia it has to the community - unfortunately had a table in a corner on the outside glass patio - so missed any ambiance that the restaurant had to offer. Food was good and service was excellent but the seating made it a less enjoyable experience - had made a reservation earlier in the week so expected better

    Shelly greeted us and made us feel instantly welcome. She was a most treasured part of the evening. Ambiance is fabulous. Quintessential Palm Springs. We ordered the deviled eggs and they were fab. Brussels fab. Chicken pot pie fab. Burger was not. Like it was cooked and sat. Came out room temp. Bun kinda hard. Salmon and filet just so so. Squash Vegan steak very good. Food underwhelming.
