   Our waiter Victor was excellent. Food was very good. Shrimp scampi and bolognese dishes were very good clam pasta and cacio e Pepe were good. Apps eggplant parm was fine but a bit salty. Calamari was excellent. The Chianti wine was very good. All in all a lovely evening finished with Nutella ravioli. Menu on the pricey side but then it’s at the Venetian.

   Not sure why at 7:30 PM on a random Tuesday night, you felt the need to have night club music playing right next to your dining room. You are NOT a night club! The server was ok at best. When he greeted me, he grabbed the Olive Oil and poured it into my water glass. I had to ask twice for more water and it took way too long to check out. The food was mediocre at best. the pappardelle had a gritty texture and the Bolognese was lacking in flavor and very minimal on the plate. Not the quality of food, service, or atmosphere that i would expect from a nice Italian Restaurant in an upscale hotel on the strip.

   The service was fantastic and the food was good. The porterhouse was not the best cut, but the lobster and oysters were great.

   Calamari was tough. I asked for more grilled bread for our burrata platter, but I just got a hunk of baguette. The server was non-existent. Overpriced!

   The bread was the best part of our experience. Our waiter was nice but never came back to check on us once our meals were delivered to our table. With that in mind, one of our meals was incorrect, and the other two dinners were undercooked. Needless to say we were quite disappointed with our experience.
